Florida College System Councils
The Florida College System is a single system of twenty-eight (28) public colleges authorized to offer certificates, associate and baccalaureate degrees. The Council of Presidents (COP) is comprised of the President of each college of the Florida College System.
The Council of Presidents recognizes the following continuing subordinate councils and shall direct and monitor their work and the work of their subcommittees:
Council of Business Affairs (COBA)
Council on Instructional Affairs (CIA)
Council of Student Affairs (CSA)
Council of Workforce Education (CWE)
Florida Council for Resource Development (FCRD)
FCSCouncils.org was created as a central resource that the subordinate councils could use to provide and disseminate information. The Council of Instructional Affairs (CIA) and the Council of Student Affairs (CSA) are actively utilizing this web resource.
